It works great. Dogs are way more sensitive to this around their neck than we are on our arms. It hurts the dog quite a bit, even on low levels. You can set the intensity between 1-100, and we tried it at just 20. The sound and vibration gets the dog's attention for sure. The instructions are good. There are short and long probes, and caps for the probes. The included charging cable works on both devices at the same time.
