The North Bridge is fast enough, and has a good enough heat sink to handle rendering videos on Linux. When I first turned it on, it clocked down to a memory speed of 1600 instead of 1866, so I had to adjust that manually. The UEFI BIOS provides a great User Interface for doing whatever you want.
