I was able to turn the alarm off, but so far I haven't been able to shut off the BEEP every hour. It has 7 amazing colors, and flashes them all at once if you want, but that makes it hard to look at. It reminds me of a spy watch. The arm band is ok, but it digs into my skin. A Velcro band would be better. Having a second hand is a huge plus. Once you figure it out, this watch is easy to use.
