The included charging cable does not work on US Android phones, at least not on mine, but this seems to be common with the External Battery Charging cables I get with these. With an aftermarket cable everything works. Double click the power button to turn the white LED light on. The four blue LEDs move up when charging, and down when discharging. Everything works perfectly. The back says 1Amp and 2.1Amp charging ports, but the Ports aren't labeled, so I don't know what two are 2.1 AMP, and what one is 1 AMP.
