It looks very well built, but there's nothing to secure it to your shoulders or neck. You can secure it to your hips however. I tested it on my grandma, because she always has sore shoulders at night. When I put this on her, she couldn't feel the heat, and it didn't seem to do anything for her, but then it started pulling her hair out, and she started telling me it was hurting her, so I turned it off, and put it back in the box. I'm sure someone else might like it. Sometimes they hurt me too.
