The wood work is amazing. To set the watch: first click spin the dial counter clockwise to adjust the date, two clicks spin the dial to adjust the time and continue to turn to advance to day of the week. I had issues using the included tool to remove the pin in the wrist band, but the quality of the watch is amazing. This is a keeper for sure. Don't get it wet !!!!!
