This appears to have solved all my problems. The North Bridge is fast enough, and has a good enough heat sink to handle rendering videos on Linux. This Motherboard is super easy to install, and it has many idiot proof features I haven't seen before. Multiple LED lights tell you exactly what is wrong, but I haven't had anything go wrong. When I first turned it on, it clocked down to a memory speed of 1600 instead of 1866, so I had to adjust that manually. The UEFI BIOS provides a great User Interface for doing whatever you want. I haven't seen any restrictions in there yet. There are plenty of SATA ports. For some reason in one part of the BIOS my HD didn't show up as being connected, but in the BOOT part of the BIOS it did show up... so I decided to leave it alone, and everything works fine.
