This pen is awesome and perfect, but you need to know how to make it work.
#1 Remove the cap and unscrew the tip from the pen
#2 Pull out the inner ink cartridge.
#3 Fill the ink cartridge in an inkwell, by twisting the red end. This will push the air out and suck in the ink.
#4 after the cartridge is full, stick it on the rear end of the tip, just as you found it.
#5 screw the pen back together.
#6 You need to prime the pen using ink or water. Dip the full tip of the pen in the inkwell, and then start writing.
#7 Repeat step 7 if the tip runs dry.
